The New Mexico Crisis and Access Line and Peer-to-Peer Warmline have been supporting New Mexicans since 2013. Trained support specialists and peer support workers are available to listen, offer emotional support, and help you connect with resources when you need them. Keep NMConnect with you wherever you go. You can look up helpful information and local services anytime. You can also call or text the Crisis and Access Line or Warmline directly from the app.

Access The NM 5-Actions Program to explore patterns related to substance use or other addictive behaviors. The self-guided roadmap provides education, reflection exercises, and tools to support change and personal growth.

NMConnect also includes optional self-guided wellness tools based in cognitive behavioral strategies. Explore short video series, Mood Checks, the Zen Room, grounding and relaxation exercises, therapeutic worksheets, and resource suggestions to support your overall sense of wellbeing.
